Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as bank holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected. We may offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain value — any current promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at salon@blakeedwards.hair with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at salon@blakeedwards.hair. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
